Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026. This policy covers this website. It does not cover clinical services, which are governed by the agreements and business associate agreement in place with each client organization.
What this site collects
This website collects only what you choose to send us. If you complete the contact form, we receive the name, organization, role, work email, phone number, organization type, approximate patient population and message you enter. If you book a conversation through our scheduling tool, that tool collects the information required to schedule the meeting.
The site also records basic, aggregate usage information such as pages visited and the source of the visit, so we can tell whether our outreach materials lead anyone here.
Protected health information
This website is not a channel for protected health information. Please do not submit patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, insurance identifiers, medical record details or any other patient information through the contact form or by email.
Anuvra does not begin patient-level work or receive protected health information for an engagement until the applicable services agreement, business associate agreement and secure workflow are in place. If patient information is submitted in error, it is handled under Anuvra's applicable privacy and security procedures.
How we use what you send
To respond to your inquiry, to schedule and prepare for a conversation, and to keep a record of our discussions with your organization. We do not sell information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate this site, our email and our scheduling tool, each acting on our instructions.
Analytics and tracking
A small amount of analytics tells us how the site is used and which outreach efforts bring people to it. There are no advertising trackers here, and no advertising profile is built of anyone who visits.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship it belongs to, and deleted on request where we are not required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@anuvrahealth.com and we will respond.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is one of the reasons this site is not used for patient information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date above.
